MCU Producer Reveals When ‘Loki’ Disney Plus Series Wraps its Production!

According to Victoria Alonso, shooting for Loki should be finished by December, leaving Ms. Marvel and Hawkeye to be the only shows, by that time, to be in production. It really does seem like Marvel Studios has gotten a real handle on the coronavirus and worked out a system that is continuing to give them a back catalog of shows that will move into post-production and ready to release on Disney+ in the near future.

In an interview with Victoria Alonso, Executive Vice President of Marvel Studios, Clarín asked her what movies and shows were still shooting. Alonso gave several definitive answers for the productions of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki, along with explaining the delay that happened with Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

Regarding the Disney+ shows, Alonso said that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier had finished, along with WandaVision (at the time of this interview) being “almost, almost, almost finished.” More surprisingly, she was able to specify that shooting for Tom Hiddleston’s Loki would last at least another “four to five weeks.”

In terms of films, Alonso explained that when the pandemic first hit productions like Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, filming had to stop for at least 30 or 40 days before they could resume again.
