30-second TV spots at the Super Bowl are costly, with prices reaching upwards of $5.6 million. It isn’t a surprise that fans won’t be seeing another TV spot for Black Widow or any other film Marvel Studios has finished, as there’s still the possibility they could be pushed back again, rendering this investment worthless.
According to a leaker on Reddit, who subsequently gave evidence of his claim to moderators, Marvel Studios will only have one trailer at the Super Bowl in the second break of the first quarter. This will come in the form of a 30-second TV spot for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
Additionally, there will be another 30-second TV spot for “Disney+” in the fourth quarter, which could still contain some Marvel Studios content for other shows like Loki (set to debut in May).
